We were dealt a blow Saturday morning with the news that Kirk lost his mother at 5:30 am, but still allowed us to continue on with the party in his absence, until he could surprise us all by flying in later that evening. Ten Mile Creek sound great again.
Huge thank you's go out to Kirk Hexum and Linda Stark for hosting the party, his friend Mike Rogers for going up early to mow the yard and spray for bugs and help set up. John Brown for cooking help setting up, Diane Brown for picking up the brats and buns, cooking and setting up, and Tanya Ives for setting up, cleaning up, and cooking.
