REMINDERS

The Children's Fishing contest ends September 4 -- the day after Labor Day.  Please send your children's entries by clicking on the Children's Fishing Contest page at -- http://lipsettlakeassociation.blogspot.com/p/childrens-fishing-contest-entry-form_20.html
Even if there is already someone who is entered with a bigger fish than your child's - enter anyway.  It's the fun of fishing, not the prizes, that we are trying to encourage with this event.

Remember to send along a picture of the child and his or her fish and any fishing stories you might have about the children who fish on Lipsett Lake.  And please send a copy of the picture or story to me at pkloftus@centurytel.net so I can include them on the blog.

Boat Monitoring -- We still need volunteers to work at the landing on Labor Day Weekend.  Click on http://lipsettlakeassociation.blogspot.com/p/clean-boat-clean-water-sign-up.html and just follow the instructions given on that page. 

Lipsett Lake Association Annual Meeting -- The Annual Meeting of Lipsett Lake Association will take place at Lipsie Pines Tavern on Saturday, September 1. There will be -- coffee and donuts served beginning at 8:30 a.m. -- the Annual Meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m.  Details will be coming next week.

Twilight Boat Parrade -- The Twilight Boat Parade will be the evening of Saturday, September 1.
